One day! lol. I’m only at 35 seconds but at least I’m doing it!!!!
I think I need to decrease my reps a little… Ever since I increased them, I can’t really do my second set. I’m kind of dying by the end of the first one. Blah. Okay decreasing by a bit and doing 2 sets is better than 1 set!
